Evolution is an ERP that is created to be agile, lean and efficient, reducing clutter and confusion as it is used to run companies with growth in mind.

Our focus and innovation is to the approach on "how", without sacrificing the core functions of the system, supporting the backbone of any type of business. Hardware capability with the introduction of the smart mobile device in 2005 have since accelerated, and have left behind the software that remains to catch up to it.

Evolution is created to bridge that gap, to create an intuitive system that user will be able to understand, focus on what is important, accomplishing work and with the extra time, achieving goals.

Our UI blends the current graphic interface standards with the old school capability of ease of entry; then we take another step forward, add intuitive design. It may seem simple and straight forward, but it has all the necessary components needed for a powerful system. What we took away was the complexity and confusion, replace it with simple efficient steps, thus creating the illusion of lightness. But do not mistake lightness for weakness, as our system handles the most intricate needs of most corporations.

PHILOSOPHY

Some applications have roadmaps built into them. This may seem like a good idea, but why not just make your system flow to the point where everything is seamless. This is what we have done. Instead of trying to understand the system, the system understands you.

where vendors have access to Evolution's ordering system, where changes are still possible and communications are done within the system itself, eliminating the possibility of miscommunications.

Fully serviced bank account integrations and reconciliations

Payments and expenses are easily recorded through a series of directed script, eliminating the need to go back and forth creating external entries when the amount doesn't perfectly match

Change everything?
Sure why not?

Most systems are "future designed" where all things are able to be changed as they are created. This sounds appealing and powerful, but in the case of larger companies or even for simple security, its not such a good idea. Our system makes it possible for all things to be changed on the fly, however, requiring approvals from those who can make the call, thus reducing mistakes, or perhaps, theft.

Mobile control, at the palm of your hand.

Our mobile platform is used to expedite how our ecosystem work. From reviewing logistics, manufacturing request, and most importantly, approvals. When a change is created in the system, or requests, the person in charge gets a direct notification of said request and can make the decision on the fly, without the need of being hailed from an external chat, or access to a computer to review what is requested. Imagine if supermarkets used this, customers would wait less on cancelled product at the cashier, imagine what this can do for your organization.

Structure infinite deals with customers.

Most systems are restrictive in this way, they are not able to apply discount, prices or conditions flexibly in their invoices. Our system not only allow per product discount, they are automated by our discount matrix. This makes your company better suited for aggressive deals (that requires discount) without bringing complexity to your administration staff (manual discounts or system compromise on record keeping)

Follow up to number 6, our ecosystem is something that you would want to use. Sure there are POS that tout that they have a back end, or ERP that say they have a CRM. This doesn't necessarily mean that it is good enough for you to use. There are a lot of systems that are only used for its specific parts. We are confident in our grounds up approach, if you love Evolution, you'll love its extensions, thus truly creating a cohesive ecosystem for your company.
